Why The Philly Game Is Big

The Cowboys finished last season 13-4.   Their last three losses were to Philly at Texas Stadium.  On the road against the Redskins and the playoff loss at home to the Giants.

All NFC East teams.

So while the Cowboys are the division champs and the measuring stick for the rest of the league, the Cowboys need to reestablish dominance as the big dog in the NFC East because Philly, Washington, and New York can claim victories in their last meetings against the Cowboys.

Tank Johnson told me today, “They are our measuring stick as well.”
