MSNBC Mock Draft — Shameful

I gotta tell it like it is. Our sister website, has a mock draft up and it’s waaaaay out there.

Steve Silverman has the Dolphins taking Glenn Dorsey #1. I just don’t see how Miami can pay 30 million in guarantees for a nose tackle to plug a hole and let linebackers make plays.

This is what has the Cowboys taking:

Cowboys (from Browns)

Antoine Cason CB 6-0 188 Arizona

Solid cover corner who can handle bigger receivers and excels at open-field tackling. Cason is physical and can deliver a solid blow at the line of scrimmage to knock receivers off stride, but may not have the quickness to handle smaller, more explosive receivers.

28. Cowboys
Malcolm Kelly WR 6-4 219 Oklahoma
Patrick Crayton fell apart in the playoffs and Jerry Jones has to be concerned with his team’s overall receiving talent. Kelly has big-time size, great speed and would be a nice complement to Terrell Owens.

I think Kelly will be long gone before the 28th pick. I can’t see Cason going in the first round.

Last year this site had the Cowboys taking Tanard Jackson, a safety from Syracuse. Jackson was drafted by Tampa Bay in the fourth round.

Time for me to beg and see if I can write for Which has some damn good writers like Tom Curran and Michael Ventre. Let me go track some people down.
