Third Time Was Not A Charm In 1998

The Cowboys beat Arizona by 28 points to open the 1998 season. They beat the Cardinals in Arizona November 15th 35-28.

Then the playoffs came. The Cardinals came to Texas Stadium and won 20-7.

This Sunday the Cowboys try to beat the Giants for a third time.

They beat the Giants by ten to open the 2007 season and November 11th they won at the Meadowlands by 11.

Tony Romo should be rested from his Mexican vacation with Jessica Simpson her family and his tight end Jason Witten.

BTW, teams are 11-6 when facing a team for a third team in a season with the third time being in the playoffs. The last team to pull it off, was Seattle in 2004 against the Rams.
