Could Terry Glenn Comeback This Year?

I saw wide receiver Terry Glenn in the Cowboys locker room Monday. He was all smiles. Glenn has been injured since training camp.

Owner Jerry Jones says Glenn started running routes last week and looked good. Wade Phillips says Glenn will practice this week, but will not play against the Eagles this week.

Glenn played coy when we asked about his playing status. I have no idea what kind of playing shape he is in, but Glenn could and I mean could be a great addition if he can go.

If Glenn can get on the field for the Carolina game or the season enderin Washington it would be a big plus for the passing game.

Imagine T.O., Crayton, Glenn and Jason Witten all running routes in a playoff game. Tony Romo would have all sorts of option and it would also open up the running lanes for Marion Barber and Julius Jones.

Don’t get your hopes up. As John Lennon once sang, “Imagine.”
