Dale Jr. Leaves DEI

Somebody help Teresa Earnhardt. She wouldn’t give Dale Earnhardt, Jr. 51% of DEI (Dale Earnhardt Inc) so he’s leaving. What in the world is she going to do now.

Dale Jr. is her stepson and they have issues, but you’d think she’d be smart enough to keep Junior around. He is the money ticket since Dale, Sr. passed away.

Dale Jr. is now a free agent and is looking for a new home, I don’t think he’ll start his own race team.

His Dad raced for Richard Childress Racing and I wouldn’t be surprised if they make a big push to get him in the #3 car.

Right now, Dale Jr. is not a championship driver. He needs to get with a team that can help him do that. So RCR is in that mix, but I think Joe Gibbs Racing could be a great spot. Gibbs knows how to win titles.

Imagine Tony Stewart and Dale Jr. as teammates with Gibbs Racing.

Rick Hendrick Motorsports is a great fit. They have former champs, Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson in the stable. Kyle Busch is also with Hendrick. Add Junior to the mix and that would be an all star lineup.

Dale Jr. will have to leave his #8 at DEI. He needs a new number.

In the meantime, somebody help Teresa get a clue. Dale Sr. wanted his kids to have a major part in DEI, now two of his three kids have left the family business. Sad.
